Our Story

Grown where the mountain meets the valley

Nestled on the eastern foothills of Mount St Helena, our estate sits at the crossroads of two distinct climates — the cool mountain air rolling down from the summit by day, and the warm breath of the Napa Valley basin settling in at dusk.

This is not a place of mass production. Every vine, every row, every harvest is tended with the patience that only hillside terrain demands. Our soils are ancient — volcanic and well-drained — and they give us wines with a concentration and minerality you cannot replicate anywhere else.

We believe great wine is made in the vineyard first. The cellar simply listens to what the land is telling us.
